不用流汗就能瘦小腹!每天一分鐘「真空收腹法」練成纖腰

Happy Sunday my loves! �� . Little life update for ya �� For starters, I’ve moved into my new apartment and I have a mattress on the floor, a couple of bar stools… and that’s it �� After I finished my PhD, I moved into my sister’s house so I didn’t need furniture and honestly didn’t have any of my own. I lived VERY minimally in grad school to say the least. 真空收腹法步驟很簡單,躺著或坐著都能進行,建議在空腹時訓練,像是起床後或是餐前,效果最好。首先要把身體的空氣都排出,呼氣時要將肺部空氣都吐走,讓肚子保持凹陷,像是被一拳打進肚子,縮起來的感覺,也可想像你是要穿進很小件的牛仔褲,用力把腹部的肌肉往脊椎方向推,接著屏住呼吸維持20秒,重複3次,再放鬆深呼吸。
